Karaundi village is the central point of the geographical structure of India. After independence on 1956 Dr. Rammanohar lohiya gave the idea to find out the central point of India. The Team was leaded by Prof. S.P Chakravarti, Founder of Jabalpur engineering college. The height above the sea level is 389.31m. This point has become a center of attraction for the tourist. Every year many tourist all around the world come to visit the point.

Chikhaldara
